Memberships are not valid for special events, parties, field trips, or group visits.  KidsPlay offers a digital membership card through the PassPlay app. PassPlay is convenient and easy. If you would like a physical membership, they are available for a $5 fee at check-out.

Tiered Annual Memberships

  • Choose a membership tier based on the number of people who usually visit together.
  • Memberships start at $150 per year for up to 3 people. Add additional individuals for $25 each.
  • 50% off admission for up to six people at 200+ museums across the country within the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) Reciprocal Network

Family & Grandparent Membership

  • Renew a current Family or Grandparent Membership for $175.
  • Includes unlimited general admission for 12 months for the number of people on your current Membership.
  • 50% off admission for up to six people at 200+ museums across the country within the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) Reciprocal Network

Access Membership

  • $75 for 12 months or $40 for 6 months
  • Unlimited admission for up to 4 people for a half or full year
  • Additional guest are $5 each
  • For qualifying households with a current Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) EBT card

Monthly Membership

  • Choose a membership tier based on the number of people who usually visit together.
  • One time registration fee, which starts at $45 for three people. Add additional individuals for $15 each.
  • Automatically renewed at $15.00 per month.
  • Unlimited admission during your subscription period for up to the number of people specified on your tier. Please call or visit the Museum to become a Monthly Member.

The Museum’s indoor party venue offers a dedicated room for birthday festivities along with hours of play in our interactive exhibits to provide a fun and easy way to celebrate your child’s special day.

Tell me more about Exclusive Member Hours

Exclusive Member Hours are a special time when Members can come and play and meet other members when the Museum is not open to the public.

What does “Member tickets are ALWAYS available” mean?

When we sell out of general admission tickets, we ALWAYS have tickets for our Members. Even when it’s raining or on a holiday! When you become a member, register on our website to reserve your Member tickets. If you have any questions or to reserve by phone, call the Museum. We are here to help!

How do I register for the Member Portal?

  • On the Get Tickets page, click the Reserve Member Tickets option.
  • In the top right corner of the ticketing page, click on “Register” to create your account*
  • Fill in your contact information and choose a secure password.

All passwords must contain the following:

    • Must be at least 12 characters in length
    • Must contain at least one numeric and special character
    • Must contain at least one lowercase letter or one uppercase letter
    • The Password cannot contain your name(s), username, or organization name in any text direction
  • After creating your account, you will need to log out and back in to reserve your Member-only tickets.

I work for a company that is a KidsPlay Corporate Partner. Do I get a discount on a Membership?

Yes! If you work for one of our many Corporate Partners, you are eligible for $25 off any of our full-price annual memberships. Ask your employer or us for your company’s Corporate Partner membership discount code. Use this code at checkout for your discount.

What are the membership Terms and Conditions?

  • Basic Terms & Conditions:
    • KidsPlay Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be placed on hold.
    • Free membership admission cannot be used in conjunction with Birthday Parties, Field Trips or Group Visits.
    • Memberships may not be shared by multiple households.
    • KidsPlay reserves the right to update, change or add policies and procedures in accordance with health, safety and community guidelines as they arise.
