Early Bird – $350
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 – 11:00 am
Start your day off right with an Early Bird Party at KidsPlay. You and your guests will enjoy the first hour of your party with exclusive use of the Museum’s Exhibit Galleries. The Museum opens at 10 am, and you and your guests will enjoy our interactive exhibits along with members of the public. You will have exclusive use of the assigned program room until your party ends at 11:00. When your party time has ended, our staff will be happy to help you pack up as they clean and set up for the next party. Once the room is clear, the fun doesn’t have to stop – you and your guests can stay and play until the Museum closes at 4:00 PM!
Mid-Day – $325
Saturday & Sunday 10:30 am-12:30 pm, 12:30-2:30 pm, 1:30-3:30 pm
Come celebrate with us! Our Mid-Day Party time slots include exclusive use of the assigned program room for you and your guests while you enjoy the Museum’s Exhibit Galleries along with members of the public. When your party time has ended, our staff will be happy to help you pack up as they clean and set up for the next party. Once the room is clear, the fun doesn’t have to stop – you and your guests can stay and play until the Museum closes at 4:00 PM!
Semi-Exclusive – $375
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 4:00 – 6:00 pm, 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Everyone loves to party at KidsPlay! During our Semi-Exclusive Party time slots, you and your guests will enjoy one hour of your party with exclusive use of the Museum’s Exhibit Galleries. (Your exclusive hour will depend on which time slot is booked.) Between 5:00 – 6:00 pm, you will enjoy the exhibits along with another reserved birthday party group. You will have exclusive use of your assigned program room throughout the duration of your party. When your party time has ended, our staff will be happy to help you pack up as they clean and set up for the next day’s party.

Have you ever wanted to have an entire museum to YOURSELF? Our Exclusive Party Rentals are meant for just that! Enjoy the Museum as a whole for you and your guests for 2 or 3 hrs (up to 30 people, additional guests $12/each)!

What does your rental include?
> Use of the Museum galleries and program room for 2 hours for up to 30 people.
> Additional guests are $12 each up to 50 people maximum.
> 30 min setup time prior to the start of your event.
> Starting at $325 for 2 hours. Members enjoy a $25 discount.
Party add-ons available:
> NEW Winter-themed Polar Pond exhibit with sock skating, pretend ice fishing & ice building. Starting at $50 (through Mid March)**
> Goodie cups* for children can be purchased for $8/each
> Party table setup*, includes table cloths, plates, cups & cutlery starting at $75
Event planning services, including party themes, add-ons, and catering coordination, are available at an additional fee.
*Must be ordered at least 48 hrs in advance of start time.
**Exclusive use of Polar Pond area available during Early Bird & Semi-Exclusive rental times only. Polar Pond is open for general public use during normal Museum hours of 10 am – 4 pm.
What do you need to know?

> There will be Museum staff present, however, parental supervision is required. Drop-offs are not allowed.
>All dates and times are subject to availability until reserved with payment in full via phone or secure payment through KidsPlay’s website.
> Outside food and drink are allowed but are restricted to the program room.
> If you are celebrating a birthday with us, consider a Birthday Parade or special dance party as an alternative to singing the Birthday Song.
> Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on KidsPlay property.
