In the heart of downtown Torrington, Connecticut’s cultural district, discover the premier children’s museum in the Tri-State area.

At KidsPlay we offer interactive exhibits, hands-on activities, STEM learning opportunities, and REAL play opportunities where children can become dentists, first responders, rock climbers, chefs, artists, race car drivers, builders or whatever their imaginations create!

With easy access off Route 8, visit KidsPlay for a day of adventure in beautiful Litchfield County, Connecticut. It’s affordable and fun for the whole family.

Town Center

Modeled after our own city of Torrington, Connecticut, the town center provides community staples including a diner, grocery store, dentist office, bank, Pick’n Patch Garden, a stage designed after Torrington’s very own Warner Theatre, and much more. Perfect for dramatic play and big imaginations!

Children are exposed and encouraged to explore artistic and scientific creation, innovation, and experimentation. They can develop the skills that can help to improve communication, collaborative skills, team working and perseverance in the combined setting of a science center and art studio.
