May @ KidsPlay!

May @ KidsPlay!

Maker Month!

May is for Making, all month long at KidsPlay!

The Maker Movement is gaining popularity in schools, libraries, and other community centers across the U.S. You may have heard about Maker Spaces and Maker Faires, or visited one or more of them in your area. Since humans have been making things for as long as they’ve inhabited the earth, making is really nothing new. So why the attention now? Making is happening every day at KidsPlay! Join us as we explore the benefits making can bring to you and your child.

Making

Making is more about what you learn while making than it is about what you make.
