Author Study: Tomie dePaola
Working in an old barn in New Hampshire with his 4 dogs, Tomie DePaola strives to touch the hearts of children as a illustrator and author of children’s books. After his parents gave him an art set when he was young, he knew that he wanted to live a life creating art for others to enjoy. He is a strong advocate of picture books for young children, “Pictures are just as important as words.” Join us in November as we share his stories and art with you.
